I arrived at 3 am and was welcomed by two biggest smiles in universe! Algerian and Jordanian staff members, working on reception were not only professional and polite, but also amazing in what they are doing, and quite helpful with overall stay. Hotel has amazing breakfast. room was very nice and bed very comfortable. I would stay in this hotel if for nothing else then for the amazing staff members you have! I have never had reception staff smile and be helpful like that before.

well spent eid vacation for my family everything is great from the valet service to the facilities everything under one roof, all staff are also helpful and also shoutout to the housekeeping staff who is Htay Myint & Aye Theint and also the Manager on the food service and their staff as well, Our Room also nice and clean and i like their bathroom also elegant, we will definitely comeback for our next staycation.

Mr. Ameen at reception. Was just great. I had a serious problem with the reservation being cancelled and booking .com. Call center were totally useless they couldn’t restore my reservation nor provide me with a decent price elsewhere I would have been better off doing the reservation directly with the hotel. Meanwhile when I finally arrived at the hotel Mr. Ameen sorted out everything to my satisfaction

The freindly front desk staff and the amenities, the service was just so perfect i really enjoyed it there and it was worth every dirham everything was just so perfect absolutely nothing wrong i dedicate the excellence of the front desk employees for making my stay a wonderful one i am so coming back again and putting this hotel the first on the list

I liked that the hotel is in a good spot and easy to locate, the rooms were sound proof just as indicated on their website also I was able to get a free cot for my baby to sleep in. I must say I really enjoyed my stay there though it was just for 1 night.
