The living room was spacious with a nice seating area, a bar connected to the small kitchenette with a fridge, washer/dryer, cooker and microwave. The bedroom was also spacious with a full-size double bed that supports a good night's sleep. The cleanliness was very good throughout the hotel. Location wise we observed that this location is 20 mins away from any location in Abu Dhabi (by car), which makes it a great base to explore AD. The staff are attentive, especially in the breakfast area and room service, they try to give you the best experience possible. I would like to thank the management for their support in a medical emergency, this was well appreciated.

In the beginning, the journey started very frustrating because the property did not answer the calls, but it turned out that the site was very busy with the guests. However, the services rendered by the workers, it was amazing and they have done great jobs. Also, the breakfast was awesome with variety and different choices to fuel up. The journey turns out to be very pleasant

Wonderful Stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate I recently stayed at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate and had an absolutely fantastic experience. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was exceptional, with a clear attention to detail that made the experience even better. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Moti, who kept my room perfectly arranged and ensured everything was in place. The reception staff, led by Mr. Mohammad Jad, was incredibly kind and efficient. Check-in was quick and seamless. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, and the environment was so comfortable and welcoming.

"I was really disappointed with my stay at the hotel. Despite a loyal member, I was kept waiting in line for about 30 minutes. The staff seemed hesitant to assist, and when I realized I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates, I was told the hotel was sold out and there was nothing they could do. However, 45 minutes later, they realized I was a Gold member and suddenly found a solution. The entire experience was frustrating and certainly not what I expected. I hope the hotel can improve its service moving forward

Our second stay here & once again it was excellent - breakfast buffet & iftar were fabulous, rooms spacious, clean & comfortable, facilities are great, it's close to all the sights without being in the craziness of downtown (walking distance to Adrenark which we LOVED!!) and free underground parking is a real bonus. A special shout- out to Musa, the lifeguard first- aider who leapt calmly into action when my brother in law slipped and cut his head - it was dealt with professionally, quickly & with minimal fuss, turning what could have been a really nasty event into a little hiccup - thank you so much!!

I had a wonderful stay at novotel, the housekeeping staff Moti, was incredibly professional and showed great passion in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of both the room and bathroom—everything was spotless and well-organized. The receptionist, Jad was warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Their attention to detail and friendly service made our stay so enjoyable. We had a lovely time and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the facilities and location. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. Mr. Narendra, the room attendant, was very helpful in adjusting my bed for added comfort. A special thanks to Mr. Jad for accommodating my late checkout request, making my experience truly enjoyable.
